Delete your account from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is inside the Book My Offer app:

1. Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.

Already uninstalled the app?

Send us a deletion request using the form on this page, or email us from your registered email address. Include the mobile number you used to register so we can find your account.

We verify every request before deleting, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

The following is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

• Your name, mobile number and email address
• Date of birth and anniversary date
• Your referral link and wallet balance
• All memberships and Elite One passes, including any time remaining on them
• Your coupon and redemption history
• Your notification token

What we have to keep

Indian tax law requires us to retain payment and invoice records for a fixed period. These records are kept in a form that is not linked to your personal identity where possible, and they are not used for any other purpose.

Before you delete

Deleting your account ends any active membership or Elite One pass immediately. Unused time and unused coupons are not refunded. If you only want to stop notifications, you can turn them off in your phone settings instead.
