These terms govern your use of the Book My Offer app and website, operated by Dharmendra Rawat, Surat, Gujarat, India. By creating an account or buying a membership, you accept these terms.

1. What Book My Offer is

Book My Offer is a discount membership platform. You buy a membership for a partner outlet, or an Elite One pass that covers all featured partners. You then redeem coupons in person at the partner's outlet by scanning their QR code.

We are not a food delivery, table booking or online ordering service. We do not prepare, sell or deliver any goods or services ourselves. All goods and services are provided by the partner outlet.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have a valid Indian mobile number to use the app.

3. Your account

Your account is personal to you and must not be shared, sold or transferred. You are responsible for keeping your device and login secure. Memberships are linked to your account and cannot be transferred to another person.

4. Memberships, passes and coupons

• Each membership contains one or more coupons. Every coupon shows its own usage limit and conditions in the app.
• Some coupons carry daily limits, time windows, applicable days or blackout dates. These are shown on the coupon before you use it.
• A coupon is redeemed when the partner approves the scan. Once approved, the usage count cannot be reversed.
• Memberships and passes are valid for the period shown at the time of purchase and expire automatically on that date.
• Unused coupons at the time of expiry have no value and are not carried forward or refunded.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is added at checkout. You may pay online through Razorpay or by cash where offered. Cash orders are confirmed only after you verify the one-time password sent on WhatsApp.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Memberships and passes are activated immediately on successful payment and are, as a rule, non-refundable.

We will consider a refund in these situations:

• A payment was charged twice for the same order.
• Payment was deducted but the membership was not activated.
• No coupon has been redeemed and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Once any coupon from a membership has been redeemed, that membership is not refundable.

To request a refund, contact us with your registered mobile number and payment reference. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Every refund request is reviewed and approved by our team before processing.

7. Partner outlets

Partners set their own offers, terms, prices, timings and availability. We verify partners before listing them, but we do not control the quality of food, service or products at any outlet.

A partner may temporarily close or leave the platform. If a partner becomes unavailable, it is marked as closed in the app. Where a partner leaves the platform during your membership period, contact us and we will look at your case individually.

Any dispute about the bill, food, service or product quality is between you and the partner outlet.

8. Fair use

You must not attempt to redeem coupons without a genuine visit, share your account, use automated tools against the app, tamper with QR codes, or misuse the platform in any way. We may suspend or terminate an account involved in fraud or abuse, without refund.

9. Availability

We try to keep the service running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and partners may be added or removed at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the membership or pass in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change and continued use of the app means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
