Management reserves the right to refuse admission in cases of customer indiscipline, in the interest of public safety and business reputation. 5. The membership kit/coupons must be carried and presented to the Restaurant Manager/Manager in charge after taking service, for billing purposes. 6. Nothing will be added to the bill as an extra after the bill has been printed. 7. Valid only at Sky Altitude Cafe & Restro Lounge. Management is not responsible for any wrong commitment made by any seller of the booklet. 8. Restaurant Management reserves the right to reject queries outside the scope of the offers stated on the coupons and incorporated within the applicable rules and regulations. 9. Membership cards must be produced to avail all applicable benefits. 11. Any damage caused during dining shall be charged separately on an actual-cost basis. 12. All reservations are subject to availability and should be made in advance to avoid inconvenience. 13. In case of any dispute or misunderstanding arising from interpretation of any offer, the Restaurant Manager’s decision shall be final and binding on the kit holder, subject to applicable law. 14. Any legal issues arising under this MOU shall be subject to Surat jurisdiction.
